I am honored to work with individuals seeking care for difficulties with mood, anxiety, substance use, psychosis, attention, obsessions, addictions, and eating disorders.
I use clinical experience and evidence-based medicine to guide my work with patients and am always working to expand my knowledge and expertise. My practice includes the judicious use of medications and psychotherapy (including mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy skills, and psychodynamic-oriented psychotherapy), and I gladly collaborate with primary care providers and psychotherapists. I believe strongly in working with you to find a plan that fits your goals and values.
I strongly adhere to dignity, privacy, autonomy and confidentiality in care.
